Sobri Photography:
We will be the exclusive professional photography company hired to photograph this project, and we may present one or more photographer include assistant at our discretion.

Retainer and Payment:
Retainer deposit of 50% from the total amount should be made to reserve the date and services. The remaining balance due for photographing and all charges incurred in presenting and delivering proof/prints will be due and payable at the end of the project. No part of any order will be delivered or uploaded to the web until the balance is paid in full. Sobri Photography shall refund to the clients the 50% retainer in full in the event of cancellation or postponement of the contract up to 30 days before the event. The retainer is not refundable after 30 days prior to the event unless photography of this event is not be possible due to fire or other casualty, act of God, or other illness. In this case, Sobri Photography shall return the money paid as retainer, to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to this Agreement. This liability (return of 50% retainer) shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in shipping, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.

Copyright and Reproductions:
All rights, and copyrights and/or any intellectual property rights for all photographs, taken pursuant to this Agreement shall vest exclusively in Sobri Photography. We may use photographs and/or negatives taken pursuant to this Agreement in the promotion of our services. The right to edit content for public use is under Sobri Photography permission.
